Learning Radiology.com - Improve your radiology knowledge. This website offers lectures, notes, images and quizzes. Specifically focuses on cardiac, chest, GI, bone, GU, Neuro, and Peds.
Radiology Info.org - look up specific radiologic tests and find a thorough explanation. Also able to search by body part, system or disease process.
info-radiologie.ch - great radiologic tool to study the brain, head, neck, spine, thorax, abdomen, pelvis and extremities. CT, MRI and X-ray.
radiopaedia.org - encyclopedia and cases of the day. Has a free app on itunes.
