Great site by Johns Hopkins Medicine which includes information on antibiotics, diabetes and HIV medications. They actually change $24.95 for access to each guide, BUT the site offers some free assess which is useful.

You have to sign up to get access, but signing up is FREE. Of course they also they the premium version to purchase assess to, but the free version provides lots of great information. They also have apps for iphone, blackberry, etc
