If you are looking to practice your medical skills try "Think Like a Doctor". The NY Times has these patient scenarios where you must figure out what is going on with your patient.
You get a HPI, pertinent history, labs, diagnostics, etc and must figure out the diagnosis. Give it a try! Even if you view the older ones they are interesting, as long as you don't cheat and look at the diagnoses first!
